This is a Great Telnet program. This Program was made especially, for the use on the internet DX Clusters and to allow multiple split screens, back- spacing, voice on DX spots etc. This program is a fully functional shareware. The only thing that is different from the registered version , is this only allows 30 min of use per session. After using it, you may get your copy registered , after making arangments with the software developer who may be contacted by using the E-mail link at the bottom of this page.

To setup program:

1. Make a dir C:\DXT and download the file to this.
2. Make sure you do not have any programs that automaticly start up when you turn on computer.
3. Shut down Windows and restart the computer. Nothing can be running except Windows.
4. Now from the run line, type; c:\DXT\dxt51eng.exe, this is now a self extracting, installation file.
5. On the first time you start the program it will ask for your call sign.
Even if yours is a registered version, put in your call sign.

Follow your Browsers prompts to "Save" the file to C:\DXT

NOTE#1: If you are a registered user of Dxtelnet , you are a registered user of all future upgrades including this one. Just use setup to load the files to the same directory that you now have DX-Telnet located in. It will automaticly update everything .

NOTE#2: This will give you three icons.
1. DXtelnet, to allow telnet conections to DX Clusters.
2. DX-TNC, to allow packet connections to your local Cluster via radio.
3. DX Plorer, to allow connection, and autorefresh to the OH2 system.

These will all feed to a commmon "DX" window, without dupes. :)
